We may also use your PII to analyze how you are utilizing our Site. When necessary, we may also use your personal information to ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable law.
SMS Campaigns
AccuList does not conduct SMS campaigns.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes and this includes your text messaging originator opt-in data and consent and personal information.
NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

In the event you do not complete a contact form, send postal or email, a text message, call, or provide us with PII, we retain the right to collect other information about your website visit. This may include, but is not limited to your browser type, computer operating system, a time-stamp, or any other browser or device related information.
While we would be sorry to see you go, you can unsubscribe from our corporate emails by accessing the “opt out” or “unsubscribe” (or similar) link we provide in the footer of each email that we send. AGGREGATE INFORMATION
From time to time, we may collect general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Site and the Service, such as how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site, how long they stay on that page, and which hyperlinks, if any, they “click” on. The Company also collects and reports aggregate statistical information on the open rates and response rates generated by the email campaigns we send. We collect this information in order to determine what types of advertisements are of interest to list members and to therefore enhance the Service. IP ADDRESSES
An IP address is a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re surfing the web. Web servers, the computers that “serve” web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. Company collects IP addresses for purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to third parties and to track the use of the Site. When visitors request pages from the Site or click on a link in a mailing sent through the Service or through our servers log the visitors’ IP addresses. We reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify a visitor or list member when it will enhance the users experience or if we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with the Site’s policies or to protect Company, the Site, its visitors, the Service, the list members or others.

Furthermore, pursuant to company policy, AccuList does not collect personal information on California residents, or residents of other states, provinces, or countries, nor do we maintain data about them or individual family members.
AccuList is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of an Arizona corporation.
AccuList is a Nextmark and SRDS DirectNet® recognized list broker and manager. As list brokers, we serve as independent sales agents representing list owners, mailers, and service providers. Our mailing lists and online marketing services are offered solely to businesses, public agencies, and non-profit organizations.
